• Sharleena Ramdhas

    PRINCIPAL

    Sharleena is admitted to practice as a Barrister & Solicitor in Western Australia, having completed a Bachelor of Laws at Edith Cowan University and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice.

    Sharleena has worked in law firms for 15 years, including working with the Aboriginal Legal Service, Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions as well as practicing as a lawyer within a private law firm.

    Prior to opening RESOLVE, Sharleena operated her own legal practice for more than a decade. 

    Sharleena is experienced in appearing as counsel in trials in the District, Magistrates and Childrens Courts and also as counsel at countless hearings in the Supreme, District, Magistrate and Childrens Courts, including sentencing, bail applications and complex legal applications. She has experience defending every type of criminal charge.

    In addition to practicing within Perth, Sharleena has also represented clients and appeared in the Supreme Court of the Northern Territory in relation to very high-profile matters.

  • Luke Chan

    DIRECTOR

    Luke is admitted to practice as a Barrister & Solicitor in Western Australia, having completed a Bachelor of Laws at Murdoch University and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice.

    Luke is experienced in appearing in District, Magistrates and Childrens Courts jurisdisctions for all manner of types of hearings and regularly appears in courts throughout metropolitan Perth on a daily basis. Luke regularly appears in sentencing and bail application hearings and has extensive experience in Restraining Order matters, including appearing as counsel in all manner of Restraining Order hearings. 

    Luke works dilligently to ensure every client receives quality criminal legal representation throughout the process of being charged with a criminal offence. In addition to conducting client meetings, preparing matters for trial and drafting submissions, he has also appeared in trials as counsel in the Magistrates Court and instructed trials in the Perth District Court.

    Milan is admitted to practice as a Barrister & Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Western Australia, having completed a Bachelor of Laws at Edith Cowan Universit and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice.

    Milan regularly appears in the Magistrates Courts and District Courts across Western Australia, handling a broad range of criminal matters, including bail applications, sentencing hearings, and trials. His approach combines practical advice, thorough preparation, and strong courtroom advocacy.
